Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Strongcore. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping of your order.

Domestic Shipping Policy - Singapore

Processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. If this happens, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on total order weight and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for any Goods & Services Tax (GST) or other applicable duties imposed during or after shipping. Strongcore is not responsible for these charges.

Damaged or Lost Items

Our warehouse team takes great care to ensure every package is well-packed and protected before shipment.

However, Strongcore is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact J&T Domestic directly to file a claim:

Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

  1. Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  2. Please retain your proof of purchase

Used, damaged, or customer-modified items are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Please provide your local bank account details for refund transfers.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
