1. Eligibility for Returns
Time frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Condition: The product must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a return or a refund.
2. Return Process
I. Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via Whatsapp at +65 8876 3640 or email us at team@strongcore.sg. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
II. Return Authorisation: Upon approval of your return request, you can return the item to any of the following locations:

III. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
3. Refunds
I. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned items. Please provide your local bank account details for the refund transfer.
II. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all additional shipping costs that arise.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order. We do not process direct exchanges.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
