IMPORTANT: Before first use, remove the plastic wrap from the new filter.

◉ Flip the unit over – locate the filter compartment at the base.
◉ Unlock the cover – twist from 🔒 Lock to 🔓 Unlock.
◉ Remove the plastic wrap from the new filter.
◉ Insert the filter into the compartment.
◉ Reattach the cover and twist it back to 🔒 Lock until you hear a “click” to confirm it’s secure.

Place the unit at least 15 inches (38 cm) away from walls or furniture.

👉 This ensures proper airflow and helps your purifier work at its best.

Plug the power cord into a wall socket.

◉ Press the Power icon to switch on the unit.

◉ The indicator light will turn on, confirming the unit is ready to use.

IMPORTANT: When you turn the purifier on, it will automatically start at the last fan speed you used.

◉ Power on the purifier.

◉ Press the Fan Speed icon on the control panel.

◉ Each press cycles through the available speeds (e.g. 1 → 2→ 3 → Auto).

◉ When Auto Mode is selected, the air purifier will automatically adjust fan speed based on the detected air quality level.

◉ Stop at your preferred speed — the indicator light will confirm the selection.

IMPORTANT: When Sleep Mode is activated, the purifier runs quietly and the display lights will dim, creating a more restful environment.

◉ Press the Sleep icon to activate.
👉 Runs quietly with only the Sleep icon glowing.

◉ Press the Sleep icon again to turn off Sleep Mode and return to normal operation.

IMPORTANT: The AQ light shows your home’s air quality in real time using colour lights.

◉  Press the Light icon once to turn on the night light.
👉 A soft amber glow will appear inside the panel cover.

◉  Press the Light icon again to switch it off and return to normal operation.

IMPORTANT: To cancel the timer, press the Timer button until the indicator light on the Timer icon turns off, or simply turn off the purifier manually.

◉ Press the Timer icon on the control panel.

◉ Each press cycles through the available durations (2h → 4h → 8h).

◉ Stop at your preferred duration — the indicator light on the Timer icon confirms your selection.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the power plug is firmly inserted into a working wall socket.

Check the plug for visible damage such as cracks, bent pins, or a loose fit.

IMPORTANT: Do a visual inspection of the unit. If you see dirt or any visible blockage, clean or replace the filter as needed.

Switch off the unit and unplug it from the outlet.

Open the filter compartment.

Remove the filter and inspect it for dirt or blockages.

Clean or replace the filter as needed. (Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.)

IMPORTANT: The Strongcore ZEN Air Purifier is best used in rooms up to 300 sq ft (28 m²) with ceilings up to 2.4 m.

👉 Please ensure your intended room size does not exceed this capacity for optimal performance.

Inspect the air outlet and the front & back air inlets for any visible blockages.

👉 Clean if needed to ensure proper airflow.

For best performance, replace the old HEPA 13 filter with a new one every 6–8 months (depending on usage and air quality).

IMPORTANT: Avoid washing the filter with water or liquids, as this could damage the unit

🧹 Clean the Pre-Filter (every 2 weeks)

1. Power off & unplug the purifier.
2. Remove the pre-filter from the base cover.
3. Vacuum gently using a nozzle attachment or use a soft multi-purpose brush to lift off dust, hair, and debris from the pre-filter surface and base cover.
4. Reinstall the pre-filter and base cover securely.

IMPORTANT: For best performance, replace the HEPA 13 filter every 6–8 months (depending on usage and air quality), or whenever the filter reset light turns on.

◉  Flip the unit over to locate the filter compartment at the base.

Twist the cover from 🔒 Lock to 🔓 Unlock and remove it.

◉ Remove the old filter and insert the new one.

◉ Reattach the cover and twist it back to the 🔒 Lock position until you hear a “click”, confirming it’s secure.

Replacement may be required sooner depending on usage, especially if you notice any of the following:

Increased operating noise

Reduced airflow

Visible filter clogging

Unpleasant odours

IMPORTANT: The filter reset will not work while the purifier is ON.
👉 Please ensure the purifier is powered OFF before activating the reset.

Power OFF the air purifier after installing the new filter.

◉ Press and hold the Filter Reset button for about 3 seconds.

◉ The indicator light will flash once and then turn off, confirming the reset is complete.
