01. How powerful is the Strongcore GRIT?
The Strongcore GRIT delivers up to 26,000 Pa of suction power in High mode for everyday dust, dirt, hair and dry household debris.
02. How long does the Strongcore GRIT run on a full charge?
GRIT runs for up to 60 minutes in Auto mode, 36 minutes in Low, 28 minutes in Medium and 12 minutes in High on a full charge. Runtime varies with dust levels, the surface and usage.
03. What makes Auto mode special?
Auto mode takes the guesswork out of cleaning. GRIT automatically adjusts its suction power based on the amount of dust detected, providing more power when needed while helping optimise battery usage during everyday cleaning.
04. What surfaces can the Strongcore GRIT clean?
GRIT is suitable for tiles, hardwood floors and low- to medium-pile carpets. When you need extra cleaning power, select a higher suction level.
05. Can I use the Strongcore GRIT for wet spills?
No. GRIT is designed for dry vacuuming only and should not be used to pick up liquids. For vacuuming and mopping together, Strongcore HERO is designed for wet-and-dry cleaning.
06. Does the Strongcore GRIT have anti-tangle technology?
GRIT does not feature an automatic anti-tangle system. Its removable roller brush makes it easy to remove hair, threads and debris during regular maintenance.
07. How long does it take to charge, and can I charge the battery separately?
A full charge takes under 4 hours. You can charge the removable battery separately using the included charging adaptor, or while it is attached to the vacuum.
08. Can I purchase an additional battery?
Yes. GRIT comes with one 2,500 mAh battery. Additional battery packs are sold separately, so you can swap in a charged pack and keep cleaning.
09. How easy is it to maintain the Strongcore GRIT?
Switch off and remove the battery first. Empty and clean the dust cup, rinse the washable filter and let it dry fully before refitting. Remove the roller brush to clear wrapped hair and debris.
10. What comes with the Strongcore GRIT?
The set includes the main vacuum, washable Micro Fabric filter, adjustable metal tube, electric floor brush, long crevice nozzle, 2-in-1 brush, battery pack, wall bracket, charging adaptor and user manual.
11. Does the Strongcore GRIT come with a warranty?
Yes. GRIT includes a 1-year SwiftSwap™ warranty from the date of purchase for eligible manufacturing defects. Free replacement, no repairs. It excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage and normal battery degradation. Terms apply.
