IMPORTANT:
Before first use, remove the plastic from the adapter. Keep the travel pouch for safe storage when not in use. Retain the product information card for after-sales support.
1. Identify the plug type needed for your destination country. Check the plug compatibility guide on the back of the box or refer to the compatible countries list.
2. Slide the plug outward until it clicks fully into position.
3. For the USA/AUS plug, rotate the contact blades to the correct position — parallel for USA, angled shape for Australia.
4. Insert the adapter into the wall plug at your destination. The LED indicator will light up to confirm it is receiving power.
5.Connect your devices via the Universal Plug, selected USB ports depending on your device.
6. When done, press the square button and slide the plug back into the adapter body before packing.
IMPORTANT:
• This adapter supports appliances up to 2500W at 250V and 1100W at 110V.-
• Always check your device’s power rating before use.
• This adapter does not convert voltage
On the front, you'll find the 9-hole Universal AC Socket.
No need for multiple adapters.
Simply plug in your hair dryer, curling iron, hair straightener or any high-power travel appliance.
The FalconPro Adapter features four universal plug types.
• The EU Plug (2 round pins)
• The UK Plug (3 rectangular pins)
• The USA / AUS Plug (2 flat pins / angled pins)
IMPORTANT:
Make sure the plug is fully extended and locked before inserting into the wall socket.
• Simply push and slide out the plug type you need.
• After use, push the side square button and pull back the plug.
Select the plug type based on the country you are in:
• EU Plug (2 round pins)
• UK Plug (3 rectangular pins)
• USA Plug (2 flat pins)
• AUS Plug (2 angled pins)
IMPORTANT:
• Pull the cable out gently and retract it slowly after use.
• Do not use if the cable appears damaged.
• Do not expose to water, moisture, or humidity.

You can use the built-in retractable USB-C1 cable to charge your phone or laptop directly — no extra cable needed.

On the bottom part, you’ll find the USB charging ports.
The USB-C2 — delivers up to 70W and supports PPS fast charging for compatible devices especially to new IOS and smartphone models.
A small LED indicator lights up to confirm the adapter is working.
The USB-A2 — delivers up to 30W. For older Android phones, gaming devices. While the USB- A1 — delivers 5V for USB-A-wired devices like smart watch and keyboards.

For the fastest charging speeds, always use a PD-rated cable for best results or USB-C1 built-in retractable cable.
The charging cable is not properly connected or inserted.
Ensure the charging cable is fully inserted before use
• Try to switch to USB-C2 or USB-A2 charging ports.
• Both deliver fast charging from 30W for USB -A2 and 70W for USB-C2
Make sure to use a PD-rated USB Type cable or use the USB-C1 built-in retractable cable to ensure fast and stable charging.

IMPORTANT:
• The USB-C1 Retractable Cable and USB-C2 share power allocation.
• For maximum charging performance, use only one of these outputs when charging a laptop.
On the bottom part, you’ll find the USB charging ports.
Reduce the number of devices connected — charging speeds are shared across all ports.
For the fastest charging speeds, always use USB-C2 port with a PD-rated cable for best results.

IMPORTANT:
• Only replace the fuse with the provided 10A fuse.
• Do not use a different fuse rating.
• The fuse may have overloaded.
• Unplug the adapter from the socket
FUSE LOCATION:
The fuse compartment is located on the base of the adapter, near the plug section.
Use a tweezer or small flathead screwdriver to open the fuse compartment on the base of the adapter.
Remove the old fuse and replace it with the spare 10A fuse included in the fuse compartment near the plug section.
Return the fuse cover.

IMPORTANT:
• Do not force any plug into the wall socket if it does not fit.
• Always make sure the plug is fully extended into place before inserting into the wall socket.
• Check the country plug guide if you are unsure which plug to use.
The plug is not fully extended.

IMPORTANT:
• Always place the adapter in a well ventilated area when using.
• If the adapter becomes too hot to hold or has a burning smell, unplug it immediately.
• Some warmth during charging is completely normal, especially with GaN technology at high wattage.
• Do not charge multiple devices at high wattage.
• Unplug immediately.
Allow to cool down before next use.
• Do not cover the adapter.
• Do not place against a surface with no airflow.
Always place the adapter in a well-ventilated area when using.
