• Prices are listed in Singapore dollars and apply to merchandise only unless otherwise indicated. The final order cost, including taxes and shipping fees, will be shown at checkout.

• While Strongcore strives for accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on the site, inadvertent errors may occur.  Strongcore reserves the right to cancel orders if errors are found and payments will be refunded.

• Strongcore reserves the right to adjust product and service prices (including delivery charges) and information at any time and at its discretion.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed before dispatch. Users must provide a valid payment method to access our services. If a payment method fails, Strongcore reserves the right to seek payment through other means.

• Payment terms are determined by agreements with the user’s payment provider (e.g., bank or card issuer). Strongcore is not liable for issues with the chosen payment method; users must resolve disputes with their provider.

• Prices, fees, and charges are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and any future statutory costs.

Return and Warranty Policy

If a user discovers an error or is unsatisfied with a product after delivery, they may return the order in line with Strongcore’s Return Policy.

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Items showing signs of use or damage may not qualify for a return or refund.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We will cover return shipping in these cases and arrange a replacement or refund.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Warranty
Our products come with coverage as outlined in Strongcore’s Warranty Policy. The warranty is void if the product is damaged by abuse, negligence, or accident; relocated, repaired, or tampered with; used commercially; or resold without written consent from Strongcore.
