IMPORTANT: 

Before first use, remove all protective packaging materials — including plastic wraps and protective cardboards — from all parts and accessories.

◉ Fill the measuring cup with clean water maximum 100ml.
◉ The steamer’s water tank holds up to 170ml.

1. Remove the all product inclusions from the box. Wash the Masher, Whisk, Chopper Bowl and Beaker with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before first use.

2. Set the Motor Unit and all attachments on a clean, dry, flat surface before assembly.

3. Choose the Masher, Whisk or Chopper Bowl depending on your task, then align it with the Motor Unit.

4. Twist and lock the Motor Unit onto your chosen attachment until you hear or feel a secure click.

5. Plug into a 220–240V power socket — Ensure the socket is dry and accessible before connecting.

6. Run a 10-second empty test before first use, run the unit briefly with no ingredients to confirm everything is properly assembled and operating correctly.

IMPORTANT:

- Ensure the Motor Unit is unplugged before assembling any parts.
- When using the beaker, ensure the total load does not exceed 1000ml.

The MASHER

Attach the masher to the motor unit — twist until it clicks.

Inspect the plug for any damage.

Press preferred blending power Level I or Level II to start.

Run the unit for 10 seconds to test for proper functionality before first use.

Add the ingredients.

Submerge the head fully into your ingredients and start the unit.

IMPORTANT: 

- Ensure the Motor Unit is unplugged before assembling any parts.
 - Do not run for more than 60 seconds at a time.

The WHISK

• Attach the whisk head to the coupling unit.

• Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit until it clicks.

• Add your ingredients in a deep bowl.

• Fully immerse the whisk before switching on.

Start on Level I speed, then increase to Level II as needed.

IMPORTANT: 

Do not exceed the recommended maximum quantities for each ingredient. Overloading the Glass Bowl may cause the motor to stall or result in uneven grinding.

Ensure the blade unit is inside the chopper bowl.

Then attach the motor unit until it locks.

Press Level I or Level II to start chopping.

IMPORTANT:

- Do not exceed 1000ml of ingredients in the beaker at any time.
- Always keep the attachment fully submerged in the ingredients before switching on to prevent splashing.
- The beaker is safe to clean with water — never immerse the Motor Unit.

The BEAKER

Use the beaker for blending liquids — mashed soups, smoothies, shakes, and sauces.

The beaker doubles as a storage and serving container.

Keep the attachments head fully submerged at all times while blending.

Ensure the total load does not exceed 1000ml.

REMINDER:

• Hand wash all removable parts after use.
• This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using a dishwasher to help maintain the quality and performance of the attachments.

IMPORTANT:

- Do not overload the blending cup — this may stall the motor.
- Never operate continuously for more than 60 seconds to prevent overheating.
- Cut all ingredients into 2–3 cm pieces for best results.

Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Store in a clean, dry location away from children.

REMINDER:

• Hand wash all removable parts after use.
• This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using a dishwasher to help maintain the quality and performance of the attachments.

IMPORTANT:

- If the unit fails to operate check all connections and ensure the attachments are properly attached to the motor unit before restarting.
- Add liquid ingredient (e.g., water, milk, or oil) to help the blending process.

Re-align the Attachments to the Motor Unit and twist clockwise until securely locked.

• Inspect the plug and ensure the power cord is fully inserted into a dedicated 220–240V socket.

• Disconnect and firmly reinsert the power plug, ensuring full contact with the socket.

Add a small amount of liquid to assist the blending process.

Once all connections are secure, restart the unit.

Never use the Blender on these hard or unsuitable ingredients: These are strictly not recommended

◉ Large Ice Cube
◉Frozen Ingredients
◉ Chocolate Bars

◉ Coffee Beans

◉ Hard Spices

The Chopper Bowl may be overloaded, causing the motor to stall.

Unplug immediately. Allow the motor to cool for a minimum of 30 minutes before restarting.

Arrange the ingredients and ensure the total load does not exceed 1000 ml for the Beaker and 500 ml for the Chopper Bowl.

Add a small amount of liquid to assist the blending process.

Once adjusted, reassemble and restart the unit.

IMPORTANT:

- If the blending performance is poor, switch off and unplug the unit immediately.
- Do not force the motor unit— check ingredient size and blade cleanliness before restarting.
- Never exceed the 500ml for the chopper bowl and 1000ml for the beaker maximum load capacity.

Never exceed the Chopper Bowl 500ml and the Beaker 1000ml maximum capacity — overloading may cause uneven results or motor stall.

Always add liquid — water, juice, or milk — ingredients to assist blending.

Cut all ingredients into uniform pieces of approximately 2–3 cm before loading.

Once adjusted, reassemble and restart the unit.

IMPORTANT:

- Always allow the motor to cool fully between grinding cycles to prevent overheating.
- Inspect any food residue on the motor air vents that may cause a burning smell during operation.

Copy of Copy of Smoke or unusual odours may occur if grease builds up in the fryer basket or airflow is restricted. Always ensure the basket is clean and air vents are unobstructed before cooking.

The motor unit may have overheated due to prolonged operation beyond the recommended duty cycle.

Disassemble and allow the motor to cool fully in a well-ventilated area for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Wipe the motor air vents with a lightly dampened cloth.

Do not operate continuously for more than 60 second.
