Press the power button to switch on. Use the mode button to choose Standard for everyday dust or High for extra suction. Adjust the tube to a comfortable height for whoever is cleaning.

Hold the dust cup over a bin and press the release button. The base opens to let loose dust and debris fall out, without putting your hand inside the cup.

01. How powerful is the Strongcore CLEAN?
CLEAN delivers 11,500 Pa of suction in High mode for everyday dust, crumbs, hair and dry household debris.
02. How long does the Strongcore CLEAN run on a full charge?
CLEAN runs for up to 38 minutes in Standard mode or up to 17 minutes in High mode on a full charge. Runtime varies with the cleaning mode, surface and conditions.
03. What surfaces can the Strongcore CLEAN clean?
The Strongcore CLEAN is designed for everyday cleaning across a variety of household surfaces, including tiles, hardwood floors, and other common flooring.
04. Can I use the Strongcore CLEAN to clean wet spills?
No. The CLEAN is designed for dry vacuuming only. If you need a vacuum that can handle both dry debris and wet spills, the Strongcore HERO is designed for wet-and-dry cleaning.
05. Does the Strongcore CLEAN have anti-tangle technology?
The CLEAN does not feature automatic anti-tangle technology. However, the detachable roller brush makes it easy to remove hair, threads, and debris during regular maintenance.
06. Is the battery removable?
Yes. You can remove the battery to charge or replace it. The detached battery has no charging indicator. When charging through the main unit, its blue light flashes while charging and stays solid when fully charged.
07. Can I purchase an additional battery?
Yes. Additional 2,500 mAh battery packs are sold separately. A charged additional battery lets you continue cleaning when the first battery runs low.
08. Can I use the Strongcore CLEAN while it is charging?
No. The CLEAN should not be operated while connected to the charger. We recommend fully charging the vacuum before use.
09. How easy is it to maintain the Strongcore CLEAN?
Switch off and unplug CLEAN before cleaning. Empty the dust cup, remove hair from the detachable roller and rinse the washable filter with cold water at least monthly. Let it dry completely before refitting.
10. What comes with the Strongcore CLEAN?
The set includes the vacuum with its battery and washable HEPA filter, adjustable metal tube, electric floor brush, crevice nozzle, 2-in-1 brush, wall bracket and power adaptor. Find the completed User Manual in After-Sales Resources.
11. Does the Strongcore CLEAN come with a warranty?
Yes. CLEAN has a 1-year SwiftSwap™ warranty for eligible manufacturing defects. We provide a brand-new replacement, not a repair. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage and normal battery degradation are excluded. See the full warranty terms.
